These Terms of Service govern your use of Ledvaro. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Ledvaro, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
2. The service
Ledvaro is a cloud-based operations platform for scheduling, personnel management, document control and customer management. We may update, improve or discontinue features from time to time as the product evolves.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Organizations and data isolation
Each customer organization operates in a separate tenant. Organization owners and administrators are responsible for managing users, roles and data within their organization. Ledvaro does not share customer data between organizations.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt to access other organizations' data, interfere with system security, upload unlawful content or use Ledvaro in a way that harms the service, other users or third parties.
6. Customer data
You retain ownership of the data you upload to Ledvaro. You grant us a limited license to host, process and display that data solely to provide and improve the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and support
We aim to keep Ledvaro available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates or events outside our control may temporarily affect availability.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ledvaro is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, except where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if required for security or legal reasons. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
